Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. Some products ship from overseas warehouses which can take up to 20 business days in rare cases. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes — we ship across the entire United States including Alaska and Hawaii.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

My order says delivered but I haven't received it — what do I do?
First check with neighbors and around your property — carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots. If you still can't locate it contact us at zovasupply.contact@gmail.com or call (510) 735-2685 within 7 days of the delivery notification and we'll investigate and make it right.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original unused condition. To start a return contact us at zovasupply.contact@gmail.com or call (510) 735-2685 with your order number and reason for return.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Take a photo of the damage and email it to zovasupply.contact@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged item.
My order never arrived — what happens?
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation email contact us at zovasupply.contact@gmail.com or call (510) 735-2685 and we'll either reship your order or issue a full refund. We stand behind every order 100%.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of approval and will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Products
Do I need WiFi to use the ZovaBot or ZovaFeed?
Yes — both products require a stable WiFi connection for full app functionality. The ZovaFeed will continue its set feeding schedule without WiFi but remote access requires an internet connection.
Are your catnip toys safe for cats?
Yes — all ZovaNip catnip toys are made with pet-safe materials and natural catnip. As with any toy, supervise your cat during play and replace the toy if it becomes damaged.
How do I clean the ZovaRest orthopedic bed?
The ZovaRest should be hand washed with mild detergent in warm water. Gently squeeze out excess water and air dry flat. Do not tumble dry or bleach.
